true story: when I was young (about 6 or 7) I flipped through my parents’ vacation pictures from Universal Studios. one of the pictures was a photo of my mom lifting up an entire side of a van. “I used to be bionic,” she said. I believed her.

now, being a fan of the Six Million Dollar Man, I understood what being bionic meant and what you could do. so one day in class, our assignment was to draw what we wanted to be when we grew up. I drew a little man scaling the entire side of a building with a single leap. we were all asked to share about what we drew, and when it was my turn, I shamelessly told everyone that I wanted to be a bionic man! I think everyone laughed, but I didn’t care. :P

oh, and by the way, if you’re newer to the world than i am, the picture above is the Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman :)

so as some of you may or may not know, last week, I got doored by a passenger as she was exiting a taxi. thankfully, I wasn’t going very fast, so i only sustained a few bumps and bruises. but my bike wasn’t as resilient.

anyway, here’s my bike with its new fork

here’s becca and I

and these are our bikes :)

I WANT.

with the exception of people in my immediate family, i really don’t know anyone else who knows who Jet Jaguar is. well, all you really gotta know is that HE IS KICKASS!

this is him shaking hands with the king of monsters himself after he helped him defeat Megalon.

my friend haemin shared this on twitter. i must’ve watched this about a dozen times!

their father‘s got a pretty nice blog too.

yung bros at a house my dad’s fixin’ up. the ground was slick with dust…there’s only one thing to do.

i thought this was just another abc segment about something mildly interesting…
but man, i was blown away! back in the day, my mom would clip coupons from the sunday paper (we’d help her too) and she put all of her clippings in the “coupon box.” sure, we’d save some…but i dont think we saved like this. and even after watching this whole segment, i don’t even think i’d know how to go about shopping like this.

(oh, and sorry about the volume on this embedded video…it’s crazy loud and you only have the option to mute. very stupid)

redundant, i know (for those of you who can read this)

anyway, learn more about these things here.
