I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before.
this is an ice pack in my bag. it keeps my back cool when im riding with my bag on. my bag doesn’t insulate all that well so the cold transfers through. I’m still all sweaty when I’m done, but it’s a heck of a lot better feeling than riding without it.
